Earlier someone online suspected box office theft when he went to see the Andy Lau Tak Wa film FIRESTORM (FUNG BO) in the Mainland. A photo of a Xinjiang cinema ticket stub was posted online. The title on it was Feng Xiaogang's PERSONAL TAILOR, but someone crossed it out and wrote the FIRESTORM title over it. The person claimed that he went to see FIRESTORM two days ago but realized that the stub was actually for PERSONAL TAILOR. He suspected that FIRESTORM's box office was being stolen from and urged Wa fans to take action.
A Mainland reporter asked the cinema about the matter and the response was that the cinema issued tickets according to the viewer's request, a hand written title situation was impossible as the cinema questioned the photo. Wa Jai's fans spoke up on behalf of their idol and called the box office theft behavior shameful.
