Andy Lau Tak Wa on October 13 will release his latest Mandarin and Cantonese record. This year is Wa Jai's 30th year in the business, which is particularly meaningful. In the record insert intimate everyday life photos of Wa Jai could be seen for the first time. Wa Jai even personally wrote down his mood for every photo.

In addition, Wa Jai's film DETECTIVE DEE AND THE MYSTERY OF THE PHANTOM FLAME (DIK YUN KIT ji TUNG TIN DAI GOK) yesterday held a press conference in Taipei. Director Tsui Hark, stars Carina Lau Ka Ling, Li Bingbing and Deng Chao appeared. They mentioned what they would do if the Taiwan box office would exceed NT$100 million. Lau Ka Ling hoped to be able to present incense at the Wu Zetian tomb because she felt Wu Zetian watched over her performance. Ka Ling even revealed before the performance, her husband Tony Leung Chiu Wai suggested for her not to gossip around the set and to perform in peace; he also said that Tsui Hark did not eat and would often forgive meal breaks. Thus she had to take care of herself and remember to eat. She even sang Leung Chiu Wai's YOU ARE SO HARD TO FORGET, which was even more meaningful.
